My daughter boarded the wrong train from Leeds last night thinking she was going to Manchester but ended up at 11.30pm in Scarborough. Northern rail employees were amazing and got her a taxi to York with this company., Station Taxis. The driver was called Rich and he went above and beyond in his efforts to calm my distraught daughter on the hour long journey. She could have felt vulnerable in her situation but Rich and the radio operator at Scarborough Taxis made her feel secure and safe. She was able to catch the next train home. Thank you so much, Rich, for looking after my girl; you were wonderful. I hope people reading this can feel sure in the knowledge they are dealing with a very ethical and trustworthy business❤️

Every trip I have taken with this comoany has been a pleasant one but today a lady driver took me to my new home and was very quick to pass comment on how bad where I lived was I found this upsetting and felt in safe as I am new to this area this lady should not pass comments on unless it's a positive one quite rude. Won't use her again .sorry

Never again. I called for taxi at 10 am ONE HOUR EARLIER! Taxi should be at 11 am. I was hurry because I had to catch the train. When I called them at 11.05 and asked where is my taxi they told me Is on the way. Ok so I was waiting. When the taxi did not arrive until 11.10 I called again. When I asked where is my taxi? The man replied to me the taxi driver had to go wrong address. I asked how is possible and (again) where is my taxi and how long I need to wait? The man RING OFF!!!!

I had a female driver, how rude she was,found out later she owns the company, will never use them again wont recommend them to anyone
