Some of the drivers are amazingly helpful. My partner is disabled and has to use a mobility scooter. The company is let down by a driver who offers no help with loading the taxi etc and looked on as she struggled in and out of the car. Otherwise would have been 5 stars
Needed a taxi back to our caravan following doing a large shop after a beach walk. Founded these on Google, booked the taxi and it arrived in less than 5 minutes. The driver was very friendly, knew where he was going and even helped us with our shopping. Will use again next time in Filey.

Needed to book a taxi on Sunday 27th March to take me back to my car after walking a long way to a petrol station after breaking down, the taxi driver arrived at the stated time and didn’t drive away until he knew that my car was drivable and even helped out to get me back on the road! Such a lovely act of kindness really made my day! Would definitely book again if I’m in the area and need a taxi.
We were unfortunate enough to use this taxi service whilst staying in Filey. Upon arrival the woman in the taxi was not happy we had a small clean, dry and well behaved dog a pug with us and said the office should have asked us if we had a dog. that's your responsibility not ours She then seemed more preoccupied with the condition of her boring old Audi and asked us not to let our dog on her ‘leather’ and made us open our windows the dog hadn't farted for the full duration of the journey despite the cold weather. She couldn't be arsed to open her own window though. She was an incredibly rude woman and I would not use this taxi service again. Amazing how the attitude of a service that was on it's arse during covid now feel they can treat paying customers.
Can't fault this taxi firm. Rang and explained we had a dog and their was no problem with this. We also paid 50p for our luggage to be kept whilst we went down the seafront before we got our taxi to blue dolphin. The taxi driver took us to our caravan and helped with our luggage. Defo recommended and will use them next time we're in Filey
I booked taxi on line as that was an option on the website. Taxi never arrived. Went through my emails and turned out that it has been cancelled at 5 am . A txt message or call would be much better instead. Very disappointed. A person on the phone wasn't apologetic at all...
