Very bad experience. Booked taxi by phone from Czech Republic asked for pick up our daughter at the Leeds Airport and take her to Whitby. The flight had delay, but we announced this fact to the taxi and also provided them flight number to check the flight schedule on-line. We were assured the taxi would be there at 1 A.M. Our daughter called us at 1.15 the taxi wasn´t there. I called by phone and were assured the taxi would be there in 20 minutes. Our daughter waited unitl 02.30 AM and after that she got another taxi. No explanation, moreover apologize from Harrisons Taxis.
Used a taxi today 20/10/2017 to take my 16 year old twin girls from Whitby to York train station the driver came on time and helped them load the cases and was very polite and general chat about holidays etc all the way. As a mother it can be hard letting two girls travel without you but can highly recommend this company for price and service even a text to say driver was on his way brilliant
It's good to know that there are firms like this one still out there... Reliable, friendly and on time!
Very prompt, polite and reasonable price.
