Absolute rubbish £13 for a 1 mike taxi journey from Hambleton to Thorpe Willoughby. Dont use this company it’s an absolute rip off.

Awful service! Booked a taxi to the airport for 6am, didn't turn up! Eventually decided to ring at 6.30am and I was already having to drive to the airport myself! Cost me more to park! If they know you have to be at the airport for a certain time, turn up when I ask! Shambles!

Terrible , arrived by train into Selby at 2.30 pm it was pouring with rain and we had never been to Selby before before . Needed a taxi asked and was told no taxis until 4.30 pm - 2 and a half hour wait ! Terrible service - I understand that they may have been short of drivers , but the least they could of done was given us the numbers of any other taxis in Selby . Just let us to trudge along in the poring rain .

terrible customer service, supposedly 24hour service but unable to book a taxi for tomorrow morning. Have repeatedly been unable to get a ride home from the station after working late. I rely on public transport and taxi and these jokers are so often a waste of time.
