Bought a cookies and cream frap earlier in the week from Starbucks in Manchester and enjoyed it so much i went out of my way today to get one from near my parents house in Deeside. Wouldn’t believe it was the same drink, it was like drinking water and ice with no flavour whatsoever. Tried mixing it all together with the cream but make no difference so ended up throwing in the bin. Please ensure the staff have correct training as it’s annoying and a lot of money to spend on a drink that isn’t right. Unable to go back as it was a take away ordered through drive thru and didn’t want to go back through tea time traffic

Bought a small cappuccino. Was thrown down onto the counter to start with by the man behind the counter.Was very disappointed with it was flavourless and not worth the £3.45. Will not be returning!

Couldn't make a decent cup of tea for toffee never mind £3+. Return my cup twice the third attempt was not that good either. My wife's cappuccino was hot either. Overpriced poor quality. How can you not be able to make a cup of tea?

Was OK for a quick pit stop during work. First time I've actually been in one. Staff were friendly though took a while for someone to ask what we wanted. Public areas were clean. Hot chocolate was nice but sandwiches not so much.

Called in for a quick snack and drink. Tried the egg bites... Really unexpectedly nice!  Parking: Plenty of parking including disabled spots. Watch out for the Parking Eye cameras - there&#39;s a time limit.  Dietary restrictions: Limited, but possible to find something if you need gf, or veggie.

I love it there coffee and a biscuit the staff are great thank you.
