Very friendly staff and plenty of seating options. Drink customisations are handled very well. The people on till are always open to giving recommendations if you don't know what you'd like! As with many Starbucks stores, the toilets tend to be very clean. The store has become a frequent stop of mine and I would definitely recommend it. Dietary restrictions: They stock Almond, Soya, Oat and Coconut milks! They also tend to have a gluten free sandwich but are low on vegan options
Lovely food and coffee as always! I always get a flat white with an extra shot and they make it perfect every time. Staff are always so kind and accommodating to my needs.
Place is an absolute joke. They never ever get an order right and they’re fond of putting small drinks in large cups charging for the large. One of the female managers/supervisors makes milkshakes with a dash of coffee obviously dependent on the drink size theres more or less shots of coffee she puts one shot of coffee for everything place is just shambles and don’t make any special requests they’re just gonna make it how they want to anyway most of the time they’re sour baked too. How difficult is it to make a coffee and realise it’s not your place to make it how you would like it and follow costumers requests, thats literally your job.

Quiet seat though shop busy ,tasty pan a raison ,cold as I like it though I was offered it warmed if I wanted .looking out window as world goes by.
Apart from a large cup of lukewarm tea I asked for a toasties and was told to take any sandwich and they would toast them. Well, I selected a b.l.t. and unfortunately the tomato, caramelised onion and sauce were just like a mush on the soggy bread. So, not a great experience all in all.

Possibly the worst hot chocolate I've ever tasted... resembled what I washed my dishes in ... need to go test what you serve up ... three stars only because my lads enjoyed their drinks otherwise 1
Yummy cinnamon swirl and Chai Latte will be back xx
