Story

Do you ever think of an idea and think – ‘What if?’ Sometimes our biggest dreams, are the ones which challenge us to look at the infinite possibilities. A ‘What if?’ is a light bulb moment, which drives you to put your mark on people around you, in order to encourage, strengthen and excite! It was during a year travelling around Australia that a light bulb moment came and since then, it has only shone brighter!

We, Johnny and Rachel McBride, are hubby and wifey from Newtownards, County Down. After spending the most amazing 14 months traveling, living and working around Australia, our passion for fabulous coffee really began! Melbournians take their coffee very seriously indeed, it is not a drink but a culture or an Art! Our love for everything Aussie developed, Johnny trained as a Barista, while Rachel submerged herself within the Melbourne Art scene after completing an Art Residency in Tasmania. Where Art is embraced and encouraged at every level, we saw something that we wanted to bring back to Northern Ireland - inclusiveness. A collaboration of all our passions Coffee, Art, Food and People.
