Went in this morning to try the new cocoa ice shaken espresso, and got it in a reusable cup. Only to find out that the barista has left a little ‘surprise’ in my drink. Absolutely annoyed and had half of my drink down the sink. Please check if the cups are empty before you pour anything in!!
Staff are always friendly and welcoming , also happy to make my drink to my specifications. In fact some members of staff have gotten to know me and now know how i like my drinks , giving me that community feeling that is soo often missing now. I'm not made to feel just like another customer . Coffee is consistently good . Food is pleasant although pricey . I love their seasonal menus and merchandise. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian & vegan options with regards to milk and food. Kid-friendliness: My kids love popping in , the staff are friendly and welcoming . Offer paper and pencil to entertain them . Parking: Very Limited street parking , there are car parks at the top of the street but are expensive . Wheelchair accessibility: Two large doors that can be opened, no step and plenty of room for wheel chairs to move around the tables As well as a down stairs toilet that is adapted for wheelchairs . Dietary restrictions: None
With about 7 people working you'd expect the place to be running smoothly and well. The majority of the staff behind the counter were chatting and on their mobiles. My order somehow got given to someone else and then to correct it they just chucked some syrup into a coffee that should have been picked up by the person that took mine. Literally every table had dirty coffee cups and plates. Whilst I was there an attempt was made and only a couple of tables cleared. Won't be returning, although the chap that was having a sleep in the corner potentially will.
Great place to come ,to have an amazing coffee ,lattees ,etc.Fruiy bread is divine ,sweet ,fruity,wirh butter and jam ,always get a seat by window to watch people go by ...great location opposite the mall ,and bus stops .#starbucks
Cosy and nice place. Tasty cappuccino. Friendly staff. Would be totally perfect if tables were cleared and wiped right after clients leave, especially when they not that busy.Service: 5/5
Rebuild. Everything is fine. But the cleanness level needs to improve
Great meeting point as just opposite Churchill Square and bus stop points. Not terribly relaxing as it's a stop-coffee-go kind of place rather than a long catchup place. It's a Starbucks and delivers what Starbucks does and in this respect it's serviceable.
Dirty, grimy and uninspiring. This place is so dirty it attracts flies. Probably the most depressing Starbucks I have ever been in. I think they need a new manager!
I know it sounds strange but I need the instagram of the blond guy who worked here on the 23/02/23 at 6PM please it's important or tell him to contact us thank you btw the Starbucks was really good
Dirty tables ,tables full with rubbish groups of staff hanging behind on the tills doing nothing. Fruit flys everywhere the place was filth.Food: 2/5
