Bought 3 bubble teas, paid extra for brown sugar bubbles but only 1 of the teas actually had it in. Have bought few times in last month but every time something is wrong with the order and doesn't taste fresh/good. Great convenient location but really disappointed in the service and quality. Hope another bubble tea company pops up around Churchill Sq area as not going to go back here.
i can here earlier today , with my autistic friend and i am quite frankly APPALLED with the attitude of the "employees" she has struggled with social anxiety so we agreed this would be a good opportunity for her to branch out so i suggested that she ordered the bubble tea , the way she was spoken back to was shocking - i've never seen someone give her such a disgusted look . This then lead to her having an autistic meltdown in the middle of churchill square resulting in us having to go home all the way back to london . Do better ci-tea. DO BETTER.
I asked for a strawberry tea with two scoops of apple bubbles and no ice. But Instead I got less than 1 scoop and ice. So I just wasted 5 quid for something I didnt want.

Not my go to for bubble tea. Definitely dont order fruit tea from here. I always found it tasted equivalent to watered down squash for £5
Missing around 5 tea options, and a few boba ball choices as well - I can understand coming earlier to get more option if they’re running out by the end of the day, however for a seemingly successful business with more than one store open around the UK, id just hope they’d be aware of it!! £4/£5 for a large tea was standard, yet both of our fruit teas tasted average, and we wanted more flavour: not as many popping bubbles in our drinks either, assuming they didn’t have many left
My first experience trying bubble tea and it was unexpectedly good! I had a mango fruit tea with passion fruit bubble as it was recommended by the staff. The only thing is that the drink is a bit sweet for me but I found out that you can actually choose the sugar level. Would love to come here again and try out their milk tea!
Amazing bubble tea and exceptional service. Nico makes the best bubble tea and is an amazing person! The Nico special white peach-lychee tea is bomb!
The place closes at least 20 minutes before the time.we just went there and the staff said that it was closed because they need to clean everything to go home by 7pm, we show them on the website it say open until seven. we have been there several times, the product is nice, customer service......not so much
Great service, friendly and helpful staff and wonderfully tasty bubble tea!
