Came to this location for the first time. Seemed nice at first. I was greeted by the staff at the register and got my order taken pretty well. Where things were wrong...the drink counter was very sticky and had drink spills all around. You couldn't receive your drink without it getting sticky. I noticed the foam machine for cold brew still had the previous foam in there before it was used again. Definitely a sanitary issue. Pretty sure after each use it should be rinsed. I brought up the fact that no one could throw out their trash because the bins were overflowing. I mentioned it to one of the staff, but they appeared to be signing out and didn't care much. They mentioned it to another barista and no action was taken. Actual no action taken. The barista continued to stare out the window for a good minute or so. I was at this location for a good 10 mins and despite mentioning the mess, no one seemed to care for the mess. The drinks tasted good, but I'm feeling a bit iffy about the foam on one of my drinks. Cheers to the staff just chilling doing not much I guess. A simple wipe with a cloth would have gone a long way at the very least.
Starbucks is always a hit, but when I ordered the double smoked bacon sandwich for my road trip.. I was quite surprised to see it had no bacon!!! I had already been driving for awhile so turning around wasn’t an option… That’s the best part of the sandwich!! Food: 3/5
I find their hot chocolate and sandwiches excellent delicious and worth it. I took my daughter to get a Strawberry acai Lemonade and it was $6.38!!!!! She dropped it b4 we even got in the door so we went back and they nicely remade it however there was too much ice and smushy strawberries this time vs the first. I will never buy that drink again. I prefer paying $7 for a nutritious delicious booster juice.
Kyle and the rest of the baristas on tonight were the nicest people I've ever met. They remade my drink to perfection and created sunshine on a gloomy day thank you for being awesome peopleFood: 5/5
Five point Cafe rating scale 1 star for each: 1 A- Varied seating: tall, short, cushion benches 1 B- clean environment, no overflowing garbage 1 C- friendly staff 1 D- recycling options 1 E- bicycle parking Points for this cafe- A, B, C, E There is recycling outside the cafe but it is provided by the plaza, nothing sorted inside. To be fair on food, this isn't the place for great eats, a snack yes, tasty options for the latter. Very spacious seating of several different styles. Hours are different currently than posted on google, see my photos. Monday-Saturday until 9:30 pm and Sunday until 8:30pm.
Came here for a study sesh and this Starbucks location is such a vibe! The interior is so nice and spacious and the service I got was great. Doug was working cashier and he was so friendly! I am only giving 4 stars because I sat in a sticky chair.
I make it a routine to come here every morning and start my day off, right! The beverages are always exceptional and done efficiently, the staff is incredible especially the early morning crew who I usually see at opening. You guys rock! It's always the best way to start off the day!Food: 5/5
VERY nice Starbucks location. I like the vibe here and especially the large mural. The employees are very nice and kind. The energy is great and the vibe productive, if you want to get work done. This is a medium sized Starbucks which is nice, since it has room for studying or hanging out with friends whatever you prefer.
Haamid is an absolute sweetheart. He brightened up my day. I found him very sincere, and he is an asset to this location. Thank you!!
Overall a good Starbucks, well spaced out inside, and good amount of seating. Drive thru staff are usually great, I have a couple favorites that I always smile when I hear them on the speaker. Great drinks, good food, sometimes a little slow though.Food: 4/5
