If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager that works here looks so miserable and never has anything ready. They’re always out of cold brew…she’s made my drink incorrectly numerous times. Don’t work at a coffee shop if you aren’t an early riser. If you open at 7, show up early and make sure you have things ready for your customers.
Went at 7:50 pm and the girl said we are closed. Closing time was 8:00 pm So mention in your timing when you guys take last order. As a truck driver each minute for our e-log is important. Specially when we stop for a coffee from Starbucks. Wasted my time……it was good if i had stopped at napannee Onroute for a coffee .
Update: Visited 6 months later. Hands down the worst Starbucks I've been to. Terrible coffee, surprisingly little coffee for the size. Also they don't accept American Express, don't scan SB points at all. How is this an allowable franchise? Update: Seriously awful coffee. Tastes burnt, I think there was a drop of caramel.
Ordered a drink in-store and was ready quickly. Didn't order a lot of items but taste is similar to any other Starbucks outlet for what I ordered. No separate restrooms but since it's in a rest stop you need to use the travel plaza restrooms. On weekends it can get busy and your order may take time. Try to order ahead if you see an option on the app.
First I want to address something, I was going through a couple of reviews here and the two bad ones had nothing to do with the establishment or the coffee or staff. One of them is about the place not being open late. Like really? How's that a valid issue. And the second? Asking for free stuff and the barista said no? Seriously you gotta be kidding me I got here on Thanksgiving weekend and it was extremely busy. The staff were handling the rush well, much better than the Starbucks next door. The line kept moving and the staff were courteous and quick. We got our coffees quick and they were made to perfection including one complicated order. So I have absolutely no complains and I will stop here again on my travels without a second thought.
I live close by but have only been here 2 or 3 times since it opened. I was greeted on a Saturday but a lovely girl named hannah who was absolutelllyyy amazing! I am not familiar with everything that can be done at starbucks so i asked her if a iced white mocha was a thing... she replied "absolutely!!! And i can make it with a twist" long story short she made the bombest starbucks drink i have ever had! You can tell she loves her job and is great with people. I will be going back this weekend for the same drink!! Thank u so much hannah
They DO NOT accept Stars. Do not try and pay with Stars. Other than that the drinks were fine.
Made both my drinks wrong, asked for half ice, they charged me-no worries that's normal- but then just filled up the rest with milk. My drink just tastes like sugary milk, I saw other people going back to complain about their drinks tooFood: 1/5
AVOID IF YOU CAN - this is absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had and I always have the most enjoyable experiences at other locations. Although this location is newly opened, as a former barista with the company, I am shocked that they are still open. The Starbucks standard is that if you order a drink and ask for an extra amount of a certain ingredient that is already part of that drink, there is no charge - however, this location insists that every add-on is an extra charge of $0.80. I ordered a Matcha Green Tea latte, as I do extremely often, and they were persistent on charging me when I asked for an extra scoop of matcha - something that is already the standard ingredient in that drink, and therefore is not an extra charge. They insisted that because they are "not corporate", they have to charge extra. The first Starbucks location I worked at was NOT corporate as well, and this was not part of our standard, so I am extremely confused as to why this store is persistent on charging extra for everything. Sketchy. The barista that assisted me was also very poorly trained, as a Venti sized beverage includes 5 scoops of matcha as the standard, and she continually argued with me that it was only 2 scoops for that size, which actually makes zero sense. The customer that was in front of me had cancelled her order over a similar experience being charged extra for ingredients already included in her beverage. Overall, the most unprofessional, unenjoyable Starbucks experience yet.
Great service my dragon fruit refresher is perfect every time the staff is very friendly it’s my favourite place to stop Transport Delson drivers very please with the service we received
