Polite and happy staff particularly a girl called Daisy who is kind and patient and remembers my order every time! Myself and family visit regularly because of the pleasant atmosphere .
Walked in today for coffee. Not very busy. Was instantly put off ordering, as the girl taking orders was standing playing with her long blonde hair whilst a customer was speaking her. Looking totally vacant and uninterested in the customer and her needs.nCustomer service training and hygiene standards need to be addressed!
I always go to my local Starbucks. The service is first class, always greeted with a smile. The atmosphere is very relaxing
Not the best Starbucks I have had although friendly service. Beware the mugs that are not full.
Very friendly and professional staff proper coffee and delicious selection of food. 10/10
