As Costa goes this one always seems a bit dark and grubby although the hygiene standards does seem pretty reasonable. It can get to be quite busy and often full of teenagers. Personally. I always go across the road to Starbucks as it tends to be quieter

My pot of earl grey tea was weak and taste like cardboard not tea. I took it back and was given a normal tea. They serve a pot with 1 teabag in. These people need educating havent they heard one bag per person and one for the pot. I am now drinking something that rsembles hot sweet boiling water!

Some ....not all of the staff look like they need a wash and a brush of thier hair ....i order toast ....what is it with places that barely brown the bread . If id of wanted just warm bread id ask them to just stick the slices in a microwave .and rock hard straight from the fridge butter packs are so annoying !
