Great location and perfect coffee but staff must really improve. Four of us from work went for a coffee after work and the person who served us at the till did not have any will to serve customers. There were 3 people behind the counter but only one was making coffees. It took over 15 mins to get our 4 standard coffees. Makeover last year is great but place is always untidy. I read somewhere that Starbucks sells experience and not just coffee, well, there is a lot of distance to cover to state that. Would return back because I love the coffee, but probably a take away

Nice coffee as Sturbacks coffee has standard and unique taste! But the shop which is in a very nice position is unfortunately very dirty.... Tables, seats and floor are so dirty. ..👎could someone do something to enjoy out coffee ???

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to in UK. I’ve been to loads as well. Unfortunately this is my local one and end up going here frequently. Java Lounge on Blythe Valley is much better but not near the shops.
