Visited as a party of three adults and a toddler. Took advantage of one of the January food offers available in lots of the chains after Christmas. Food was a nice change from the many Italians and had a few of the French classics such as bouillabaisse and tarte aux pommes however overall probably not quite as well done as Zizzi's for example whose children's range more varied and exciting.

Friendly staff, decent menu selection. Was somewhat disappointed with the chicken burger option. Two thirds of the burger consumed with a severe lack of the prized chicken to enter my mouth. Less stingy next time please... #chickenfamine

Been several times over the last few years. Varied from truly excellent (food and service) to poor food and slow but polite service. Our most recent visit was excellent for both.

Had Christmas dinner here for £50 per head,since every time we have been Café Rouge elsewhere we have always really enjoyed,it with our expectations exceeded.This time however it was nothing more than OK.Nothing wrong with the service,the staff were nice enough...however I expected at the very least to not be eating frozen veg for my Christmas dinner and to be shoved out the way on a table too small for the meals. As I'm writing this I feel more disappointment which is a shame because I hate to give a negative review considering it was Christmas day and I feel sorry for the staff that had to work - but truth is truth,unfortunately.
