Bought my son in for a slushie and cake, I had a mocha, all were really nice and the staff were great. Calm atmosphere and slower pace than the big chains which is nice. Will return.
I'm always in favour of independent coffee shops, provided they serve decent coffee, but this one doesn't quite make the grade. The cappuccino was decent, but my Americano came without any trace of crema, and was distinctly on the weak side as though they'd just topped up a medium with water to make a large. The paninis were a good price, but hadn't been toasted enough to properly melt the cheese. They're trying hard, and deserve a break, but they need to up their game to compete with Costa and Nero just around the corner.
Decided to give this place a try during shopping visit to Solihull. Not much room downstairs but managed to secure a table. Service excellent and very friendly. Strawberry waffle nicely presented and good value. Coffee was hot, tasty and nicely presented although portion seemed less than generous for the price. Good clean and friendly. Will certainly return.
Thought we would give this place a try instead of Costa round the corner and unfortunately will not be returning. The cakes that greet you on the way in the shop are miniscule Example: lemon drizzle cake 3" x 3" and about an inch high all yours for an incredibly ridiculous price of £3.50, for that amount of cash I would expect a full cake and you would probably get 2 full cakes at asda for that price. Latte I had was well below standard, quite tasteless to be honest. Sorry won't be returning would rather goto mcdonalds
Certainly, I would not recommend this place. In my opinion, they are wasting incredible potential given by the location. Cakes are not fresh/tasty, espresso does not taste nor look like an espresso... At least service is nice, hence, only two stars.
I usually like trying out new coffee places but this place was a disappointment. The food and coffee was terrible and the prices do not fit the portions of the food. I paid a large price for only a tiny amount of food. Please do not waste your money.
I visited Tuesday morning. The food was an ok standard however the price was extortionate. Double the price of some of the big chains for sandwiches.
Will be a regular stop for my coffre fix and rum and rasin ice cream nice and relaxed and lovely friendly staff
Thought I would try the coffee. Awful . Won't be returning.
Delicious food and drink with large variety of options
