Staff are cool and great and those who say they are too rushed remember they work in a flipping airport... anyway nice place with mains sockets to charge and could use a little more white chocolate in my mocha but otherwise its a nice mocha-ish coffee :)

Staff not helpful with suggestion on coffee choices, looking irritated and there is very limited place to sit and drink. I miss a nice atmosphere to have coffee here. Probably better to order a coffee somewhere else at this airport.

I am a vitality member and i get free Starbucks coffee every week. Well, should have i suppose. In this branch they told me that i can not have it as this is a franchisee. ????? Not good.

Been going to Gatwick south Starbucks since the opening day and I only get caramel creamfrap without coffee, they change the way they make it every time I go, I went today before work at 3:30 and I am so disappointed the frap has no caramel in it, they have the sauce at the top, but that's it. Pathetic service they need to train there staff
