My family and I pretty much exclusively visit this Starbucks. The people are wonderful and never fail to make the experience an enjoyable and easy one

Coffee was let's say... ok. Never feel welcome in this branch. But my biggest gripe is with the Starbucks app. Starbucks you are pathetic and getting things right. I refreshed the balance twice in the car park before entering the store, showing i had enough balance to cover my drink.. but when I get to the till no... short not by a few pence but more than £2. How inconvenient and embarrassing is it that due to your failing on the app I look like I can't organise a simple task like buying a coffee... Starbucks sort yourselves out please. Called in and have had to wait 15 mins for my coffee because the Barista couldn't be bothered to actually read the order slip on the cup.. SORT YOURSELF OUT!!!

Terrible coffee, nice place nice location maybe for a cold drink! Who can drink their coffee? Dreadful and bitter!
