4 small drinks for £20! Ordered the Strawberry Açai, a vanilla iced coffee and two macadamia nut hot coffees. Firstly the whole menu was just for iced coffees. After asking which ones could be made hot and getting a very confused response from one employee another overheard and stepped in. Finally ordered but a mixture of take away cups and china mugs from the same order left us a little confused Anyway, drinks were mediocre and WAY overpriced. We won’t be returning unfortunately.
This place is an absolute disgrace. We have stopped here twice whilst house hunting. The first time, the ladies' toilet was out of order. When you have been travelling for hours, this is disgusting. The second time: Well, where to start. It's was a really cold day, below 3 degrees, and their heating wasn't working. So it was pretty cold sitting there in the shop. Two, again. The toilet. At least it was working, but seriously, who puts a hand dryer right next to the toilet. Firstly, it looks disgusting as the floor is soaked. Two, this is a health hazard waiting to happen. OK, so the prices aren't cheap. The staff behind the counter have no clue how to make a cuppa tea. YOU DEFINITELY don't pour the milk in at the same time as the teabag. My tea was like Nat p*** And you're supposed to be renowned for coffee, well my husband didn't finish his either. It's not coffee it's slop. So is the food. Back your ideas up, or stop overcharging. I seriously wouldn't bother stopping here. Next time, we will be off at Burger King. And that's saying something. Save your time and money. This place is a rip of and a disgrace.
Visited a Starbucks that seemed to have embraced the "grunge chic" aesthetic a bit too enthusiastically. The coffee shop was so dirty I half-expected dust bunnies to demand rent. As for the prices, I thought I accidentally stumbled into a stock market instead of ordering a latte. My wallet's still recovering from the shock. If dirt and overpricing were an art form, this Starbucks would be a masterpiece – a masterpiece in need of a cleaning crew and a reality check.
Staff seem to prioritise drive through customers. I had to wait about 10 minutes for an americano. The pastries are also more bread than pastry. A bit lifeless.Food: 2/5
Nice place to relax for a drink and grab a snack. I have the Mokka Dulux and it was lovely. My only complaint was service was a tad slow considering it wasn't busy.Food: 5/5
I would like to be acknowledged as a customer and not have to listen to the staff's private lives. Coffee excellent latte sugar free caramel however Cajun chicken wrap was Luke warm and as we found out after 3 minutes of driving away.Food: 4/5
Stopped before here, coffee fix and maybe cake. Ideal if travelling from the Midlands and needing a pick me up. It's clean and tidy inside. Easy to park but don't miss the junction.
Very nice Starbucks with very friendly staff and great selection of items. There is plenty of parking available and seating inside of the Starbucks. They also offer a nice set of merchandise and quite a wide selection of different foods and snacks to appease any hunger you might have. The building looks very new and is extremely tidy and well looked after.
Boy what a rip off two coffees over £8 quid. Staff looked like they had been chewing a thistle and as happy to be there as a man drowned in cow muck. Won't be going there again!Food: 2/5
Staff seemed busy and quite dedicated and the place was clean and tidy. No quicker or slower than any other Starbucks and our drinks were nice. If you needed to just pop in for a pee, it wouldn't be a problem.
