Service a bit slow but i put this down the staffing levels...but im sure its due to management not allowing more staff...because as we well know these companies are greedy people..but the staff were fine and are doing the best rhey can due to circumstances

Customer service here is way below  average in fact the young girl behind counter with all different coloured hair is very rude her hair colour is red at the moment is so bad at making coffees , I have court her talking about customers with two other staff members the mix race one & the young boy ... if they take a disliking to you they take it out on your order... the next time I visit i will be taking names & report them ... they are not doing Starbucks's any justices .. they have no customer service skills ..if they are rude to me or any other customer again in front of me again they will leave me no choice but to report them to head office .
