I have been a client of Starbeck Dental Centre for over half a century and have seen many members of staff come and go. I think the current team from the receptionists to the dental nurses to the hygienists and onto the actual dentists are outstanding. The facilities are gradually being upgraded and my overall experience from walking through the door to leaving is exceptional. Well done everyone and keep up the brilliant standards that are being set.
After another successful painfree visit today to the practice I felt I should leave a review! I have been coming here for at least 35 years and if anyone is looking for a new dentists I can definitely recommend!! Its never a problem getting an appointment in an emergency or otherwise with Karen , Sandie and Beth the great reception team! Nick is a great dentist, very professional and caring, nothing is too much trouble and Hilary is a great dental nurse and very friendly and welcoming They make a great team and always make you feel at ease. Thank you!!
A fantastic & dedicated team at Starbeck Dental Centre ! Nick Jones is my dentist and he’s outstanding on every level .. efficient , friendly, caring and a great communicator. He discusses , explains & advises when needed & patiently answers any questions I might have! The receptionists, dental nurses & hygienists are all a great team ! I was fitted in for an emergency appointment very quickly in between my usual appointments. A five star service throughout.
Greeted by the friendly receptionists who checked me in and sent upstairs with a form to update my medical info. Within minutes I was asked to go into the dentists room with lovely smiles and a warm greeting. I had a full and thorough check up and x-rays. I was given choices for treatment and under no pressure. Excellent dentists always there when I need them and go the extra mile.
I’ve been a patient at Starbeck dental surgery for around 45 years & have always had excellent service from the receptionists & hygienists to the dentists & their assistants. I’m currently a patient of Jonathan Yates & Katie Roylance who both provide excellent service & are always happy to answer any queries I might have. I moved away from the Harrogate area 38 years ago to the far side of Leeds but continued to deal with Starbeck dental centre because of the outstanding treatment I’ve always received, firstly from Barry Crallon & now from Jonathon. Thank you to everyone.
Really impressed with the service from Starbeck Dental Centre. Appointment was within 2 hours of my call. Reception staff were excellent and friendly. Dentist was friendly and not scary at all. Gave me a range of potential options to think over while the infection was being treated. Roll on next week when I go back for a full assessment.
I’ve been a patient at Starbeck Dental Centre for 6 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental care. Dr Yates is fantastic and very reassuring. I like that he knows what he’s talking about and is passionate about his role within the practice. Huge respect to Karen and Sandy for putting up with me time and time again, changing appointments and being understanding and patient. Everyone I have come across at the practice have always been kind. Definitely recommend
I have used Starbeck dental practise for 30 odd years.i wouldn't go anywhere else. Since they employed Nicholas Jones it's even better he is so gentle he's amazing. So if you are afraid of dentists he is your man. The receptionists are very polite and friendly. Infact everyone is friendly .
Starbeck Dental surgery are great. Not always somewhere one is looking forward to visiting but they are welcoming, caring and gentle. Would recommend both Michael and Katie.
Second visit in a week. Reception staff always very welcoming & Nick & his nurse do an excellent job at keeping you calm while carrying out treatment. Would not hesitate to recommend. First class practice.
