Dangerous & incompetent, refused an emergency appointment for a registered customer even after pleading with the receptionist. There was several ignored voice messages and promised call backs. The outcome was a 999 call and an emergency ambulance visit and a scar for life, in the doctors words my wife nearly died due to these cowboys, they have taken NO steps to help even with after care, they have apologised but an apology doesn't cover it. I'd advise anyone using this shambles of a dentist to go somewhere more professional.

Called to book a 6 month Check up and won't book myself and daughter an appointment until they've gone private, also cancelled my husbands appointment which was scheduled just before they go private........clearly not interested in patient welfare!!!!
