Really pleased with Roberts Harry dental, I am an anxious patient about to have treatment for Invisalign and I have to say the staff are very friendly and welcoming! Michael in particular is fantastic and I cant recommend him enough to anyone looking to have teeth straightened.All of the staff in general are very helpful and supportive!

My tooth needed an urgent treatment, so I made an appointment. I was told the dentist was on holiday so somebody else gave me a consultant and she said I needed to talk to my dentist. I was charged for that. At the next appointment, I met my dentist and she told me she would try to make a hole in the tooth to examine. Naturally, I was charged for the consultant. And I had another appointment in 3 weeks time. I told the dentist that the painful tooth was porcelain. I doubted her idea to make a hole in it. I couldn't wait the next visit as it was so painful, so went to a private dentist to remove the artificial tooth. It solved the problem right away. The staff at the desk was nice and polite, but I am sorry to say, I just wasted money.

I found Mark Amos rude, ignorant and arrogant. He speaks at you in dentist terminology (although I was actually unsure if he was talking to me, the dental nurse or my child), expected me to understand and without any of the background, then demands "are you listening" in a booming voice before storming off. Very short and impatient with clients.

Staff are amazing, make you feel welcome and really care about your treatment. Really professional and thorough.
