Food took 1 hour 20 mins to arrive. burger bun was absolutely soaking wet dripping and soggy. i found several mushrooms in my mozzarella sticks and chips which is disgusting and unprofessional, i ordered 2 drinks but only one came so i rung the company and they said they will deliver it now, 30 mins later and it still hadn’t arrived. i called back for the second time and they said they would deliver the drink in 10/15 mins. they never delivered my drink... overall i paid £3 for delivery and food was not nice at all, and they didn’t deliver everything. i believe i should have a full refund for this.

Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches opened them and the bun were falling a apart as they were all soggy, and the forgot the chips and there solution for the soggy buns was to send us new buns when they brought he chips to us. Bright sparks don't worry about the chicken being all soggy and cold! ! Star grill used to be a great place to get food but it's seriously gone down hills sorry guys but you've let the community down so shame on you. I'm not mad I'm just extremely disappointed

So we ordered a chicken donna and a lamb donna 4 cans of drink. The lamb was cold and very gray looking couldnt bring myself to eat it. The chicken very fatty and burnt! As for the 4 cans of drink they didnt even turn up with our order. We rang and asked where drink were and they said the will send out but they never!!!! Rang again no answer! So a total waste of £14.80 unbelievable. Normaly the food is grate
