Domino's Pizza - Southampton - The Avenue

This used to be, in my opinion, the best Domino's I had ordered from, the food was delicious, never got an order wrong, couldn't complain. Now the food has dropped noticeably in quality, I used to always buy hot chicken wings but now when they come they're tasteless and almost unpleasant. The other week I ordered a big pot of BBQ sauce to have with my meal, they gave me Franks Red Hot Sauce instead. And this Saturday just gone, I ordered a Texas BBQ pizza, and it came with tomatoes on it which I had to pick off. Also I had the unpleasant experience of eating a particularly foul potato wedge that almost made me vomit. Couple this with the progressively higher prices we are having to pay. In my first year of university I was given a coupon to use through-out the year which gave me 50% off the entire order, which was a steal with the quality of the food back then. Now it's 35% off the entire order, for food that doesn't even taste half as good. What on earth happened here? It's like they realised their food was too good and they decided to dial back the amount of effort they put into it. Needless to say I won't be ordering from here again, there are many better places to order food from in Southampton, you might even find one where they'll bother to get your order right and not try poison you.

The pizzas are big and delicious always. So fresh and lovely for a good price. Delivery time very short. We use their service frequently.

App didnt have my address on it so i put next doors on and wrote in driver info that it wasnt that house its next door. Tried to call store repeatedly immediately after ordering to ensure they saw the driver info. No answer and gave up after 15 mins of dialling tone. Pizza never came. Phone was never answered. Guess the neighbour enjoyed it. Waste of £30.

Got a delivery pizza turned up but the 5.99 Ben and Jerrys didn't... Day light robbery!

Ordered brownies on their website to go with a meal however they called saying that they don't do them anymore so we replaced it with ice cream, however they failed to mention on the phone that they would charge extra for it. They also charged the full price for the ice cream once the food was delivered (even though we used a discount code with our order). On top of this they didnt give us any garlic and herb dip and when we paid the extra money for the ice cream the driver didn't have change so we ended up paying even more.
