Basically I love Domino's pizza.. Tonight though my experience was less than satisfactory.. My boyfriend brought it round as a treat rather than cook... It was a large meat feast. Usually all pizza's are cooked classic crust unless you specify otherwise. This one tonight was more like thin crust & the dough was like cardboard. I phoned them up to vent & the chap on the phone said he'd made that pizza & it wasn't thin crust.. He reasoned that as my OH took a bit longer to collect it that's why it was the way it was, why it went tough. He was pleasant enough on the phone & I just wanted him to know that the pizza wasn't to it's usual standard. I think he took the criticism pretty well.

SLOW delivery. App shows delivery has been made where, in fact, it's still 25 minutes away.

Placed an order online for delivery, an hour later (40 mins after Pizza tracker stated it was out of the oven) tried to call to chase it up. First call was picked up then immediately put down. Second call not answered. Food finally arrived 75 mins after ordering, it was tepid and they had forgotten the rocket to go with one of the pizzas. The driver was friendly, and apologised for the wait, the pizza was made well. Just a shame about the service.
