I'm an experience salt and pepper lover and today was let down, the food come to quick and the chicken pieces were like McDonald's nuggets. The best part about it was the prawn crackers and that was because they were free. Not happy
Absolute amazing place! Placed an order earlier today, arrived in 30 minutes piping hot and full of flavour. I could not fault a single dish. The crispy shredded duck was perfect, vermicelli noodles were a delight crispy shredded beef was cooked to perfection. I am only working up here. But when I return I will most definitely be ordering again! Well done star city!
Having had a great meal here before, we thought we would try again. I have to say that everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and the food was piping hot and delicious. This will be our favourite Chinese takeaway in future.
Great food at a great price the portion is very big. I got chicken curry w/egg fried & my friend got chicken in black bean sauce. Both were really nice and has a really nice aroma. Will be returning next time
Had to pre-order food at like 1pm to then be told I'd receive the order at 5:45pm. Got the food at 5:30ish it was hot, delicious and filling I would recommend this Chinese. thanks again.
Food is good but they actually charge you more if you use their own site rather than just eat which I find crazy, they also charge you a service charge for ordering online which is ludicrous it makes me feel like they are ripping their customers off.
We've just had an excellent takeaway from New Star City. Outstanding food! Highly recommend it.
Absolutely terrible. HATED HATED HATED everything about it. First we was told that it would be 45mins for delivery, an hour and half after it still hadnt arrived, the driver then got lost so food was cold!! It was swimming in grease, all the meat was just pure FAT! cold, fatty, late, and expensive. will NEVER order from here again, both of us refused to eat our meals and wouldnt even feed it to my dog!!!!! disgusting.
Only ordered from here once a while ago. The food poisoning was like the worst flu I've ever had. Will never order from here ever again. Unsafe food hygiene practice's have been reported several times but this place is still open and still making people ill
The food was to a poor standard and almost inedable. I will not be using star city again the only reason im giving a 2 star is because the delivery was swift
