Ordered a few times sometimes got my order wrong or taken ages to get here but always enjoyed the food and the driver is so nice a polite such a pleasure every time I see him

Some time ago I left a bad review for the Spice Hut . Over being short-changed. It may have changed premises. But being shortchanged seems to be still the theme, it's the same usual faces serving. I ordered chicken tikka kebab on naan bread. has the chicken tikka kebab on pitta bread which was £1 or so cheaper has been Crossed out. So what did I get for my money. Yes you guessed it chicken tikka on pita. It maybe only a £1.50 difference or so .  it's nothing I hear you say  but what would it be like, if people added an 25% just because they thought you where drunk. Yes you're right they wouldn't go there again and if they did they would leave a review maybe something like this.

Ordered and the smart driver has not even contacted me to drop off my order. He left it on the corridor. When I contacted the shop the driver was very rude lying that he had rang me and that he had to leave my order there as he had another 2 orders to deliver. So rude and no common sense!!

Ordered via just eat at half 12 came by 1 everything bang on one of the best kebabs yet!! The driver is chatty and was polite in unlike some iv met. Definitely ordering again when the after work hunger  strikes

Charged more then advertised, claiming the prices had gone up and they've not had time to change the prices yet. Wouldn't go again,  they told us after we ordered and the food was done rather then before.

Got my nice chicken wrap and chicken shawarma wrap  £2.50;£3.80 is it possible to do a refund?
