I popped in because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait for my usual takeaway to be delivered and I’m so bad. I did the staff with fantastic doing me a meal because I’m very fussy when it comes to what I can and cannot eat because of health reasons and oh my God, absolutely delicious.!!! Will be back again and excellent priced and very generous portion of chips as well

Customer for 25 years. Food used to be amazing. Its still very good but the delivery is always late. Today I ordered at 5pm for a 7.30 delivery. Rang at 7.50 on way! and again at 8.25 before it finally arrive at 8.30 - that's 3.5 hours after order. Staff on phone were very short when I complained OK thanks bye and put phone down. Will not be using anymore. You only have to read the number of delivery complaints to see the issue.
The absolute best Bangladeshi takeaway you will ever find. Flavoursome food, it’s not a surprise it wins countless awards year on year. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. You can order a normal portion or extra large and still won’t be disappointed, plentiful portions. Naan breads are delicious too.Food: 5/5
Ordered takeaway meals for 5 people. Spice Island food outstanding. Fresh ingredients, plenty to choose from off the menu and very tasty. Probably the best buryani I have ever tasted and there were only good comments from the rest of the family. Will certainly be going back.Food: 5/5

It’s with heavy heart that I have to say this but I tried something new and went for a kebab tonight and I think Iv got food poisoning as the chicken tasted awful. Spat and thrown the few mouthfuls I had up. Im not even ringing up to ask for a new one because I just can’t believe that this is even sent out to people to eat.Food: 1/5
Best takeaway in Bolton. Both my wife and I are vegan and they provide multiple vegan options, all of which are delicious. We order once or twice a month and they recognise me every time and always give excellent, polite service; always with a smile. We wouldn't go anywhere else for curry night now!Food: 5/5
Placed our order online at around 4.35pm Saturday 9th Dec. Stated delivery in 90 minutes. Fifteen minutes after the original 90 minute wait, I called and was told our bill had been lost. If we waited another 40 minutes, they would add something nice to our order, plus charge half price. Completely unacceptable. I have used this takeaway for 18 years. Wont be coming back. Disgraceful.
