More than pleased with the treatment my pony has received from Amber Whitmarsh . It’s been a long road to recovery and I  totally appreciated the degree of communication, care , effort and love put into getting him to where we are now !

I’m very happy with the vet that came out and treated and the practice, but the lady I called up and spoke to seemed rude and quite disrespectful I had been told information and then was told differently she had asked me to pay more then I expected and was told earlier in the week , then got an apology message saying it was a mistake and she still proceeded to tell me I was wrong and I just felt it was bad customer service and rude

Nothing too much trouble for this vet practice. Highly recommend.

Lovely vets Charlotte is amazing nothing is ever to much.

Very helpful and good communication . Zone days cut down costs .
