We recently registered with Ani Medics after our village vet closed, had to use them for the first time this week after one of my cats injured himself. They were very helpful and professional and have helped get my cat on the mend again. Highly recommended this very friendly and welcoming vets.
Not a very good Vets to take your loved ones. The trained Veterinary staff are highly unknowledgeable on Rabbits and only care about getting you on and out of the door. Our concerns are never listened to and they only cared about getting payment from us.
I don't speak English well, but the staff is very helpful and my cat always receives the correct diagnosis and help. staff is very patient so thaht I can understand the treatment process. many thanks and I recommend.

I can not rate Animedics highly enough! Their absolute no.1 priority is the care of your pet. They have continued to offer the best care even in these difficult times. Alfie has been having a tough time with cruciate ligament injuries in both back legs . He has been given the best treatment we could ask for . We have some real worries around our insurance cover and the staff at Animedics have been compationate and understanding towards our situation. 5 stars isn't enough . Thank you for everything

Have been taking our dog here for years. Always get a warm welcome. The dog loves going to the vets. She's ready to go in, we're supposed to be in the waiting area!
For 12 vets including my usual vet I called and tried to get emergency visit for my baby boy you were the only one to show that you care about pets and get me appointment same day we can never thank you enough
Having tried a number of vets over the years around Taunton we were delighted with Ani-medics as we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and they always seem to remember our dogs and come up to greet them with every visit. You can tell they treat the animals with great care as if they were their own and have their best interests at heart, for example when our 14 year old golden retriever Meg fell ill with pyometra it looked as though she might not make it without the surgery which could have been pretty risky at her age and we could not afford the cost of it, however the staff were able to sort something out and she got the surgery straight away that day and was back with us running about the following day as the staff wanted to monitor and look after her overnight. This gave her another year of life which is more than we could have hoped for and after she passed we took her into animedics and they were very understanding and sorted everything out without a fuss. We also received a nice handwritten card a few days after expressing their sympathies. Will continue to go there for the future with our pets and would highly recommend them.
