The nurse was lovely and really patient with Dexter. She really made me feel comfortable knowing what he can be like when having his nails cut. I could hear her praising him from the waiting area when she had finished and that says a lot about how she manages the variety of dogs she comes across.
Great service! The receptionists are super helpful and friendly, were super quick to answer my emails and all my questions and get my puppy booked in. The vet was lovely, and again super helpful and took great care of my dog. Would definitely recommend :
I took my cat Oscar yesterday in the early evening as he had been not been himself all day & I phoned as was worried about him as he’s a old boy of 15 now & all I I can say is they were lovely and so good at there a credit to there profession and a very big thank you being there you took care of Oscar and eased my mind thanks
We always feel as though our pets are given great care with a calm, professional approach from the team. There was one nurse we met on a previous appointment who took time to really discuss our pets needs/diet/behaviour and also ways of discouraging negative repeat behaviours. I'd love to have had more time with her! Always a positive experience. Thank you V4P!

The whole experience was really great, no stress for my cat Moon and he was dealt with efficiently, and I was really pleased with the way the vet kept me updated with treatment and the price of each one. It's my second visit with Moon and both times have been impressed with it all including the members of staff on the reception.
Lots of dogs around when I brought my rabbit in for his vaccinations and check up and they were very aware. Of the dogs so let me sit over the other side. Of the waiting area.. All very polite. Very happy with my visit
The vet was lovely and thorough, answered all of my questions and calmed down my worries about what I need to do to give my cats the best care. The receptionists were slow to respond and I was unsure of who to speak to when I got there, but it was fine in the end.
Fantastic vets, they care, are furnished and inexpensive...Best I have ever come across.
