Wasn't told of extra charges if we mentioned anything during the initial consultation. Was charged £28 for them to shine a light in my cats eyes for 5 seconds. You need to tell customers "There will be a charge". Felt mislead. Go to Grange Road Vets in future.

We unfortunately had to use the out of hours service but our little pooch just couldn't hang on till we got there. They dealt with the whole situation amazingly and there was no pressure for money upfront, we were so grateful for the few days to grieve and get our heads round it. They talked us through all our options and were able to answer every question we had. Can't fault them on any part of the experience which is definately what you need in such an awful situation. We will be forever thankful for their care that night and the week following.

Great friendly vets. The price is really good for puppys first injection's will defo recommend this vet.

We lost our dog of 17 and a 1/2 years and they made it so much easier to deal with under the circumstances very helpful and kind staff and we had her back in a week well presented in a lovely wooden box carved and a nice plaque with her name on
