Really helpful, my son needed his shoe straps reducing, it took a day to complete the job, really listens to what you need and does the job.

been going here for over 10 years now since moving up from london always find them pleasant and good service but then i do drop my shoes off during the day and give them time to complete the job not like some last minute merchants who think the world revolves around them. very pleased i give them 10 /10. domlai182 what a tw@t!

wouldnt do the heel on a pir of shoes for me at 7 minutes to 5.. Even though it had taken me almost half an hour to find and drive to the place. Because they finish work at 5. Pathetic..........
