Ordered 2 months ago and still not received my shoes. No notification when buying that the shoes were made to order and the manufacture/shipping time was 5 weeks. I would have settled for 5 weeks when eventually advised but now it is currently over 8 weeks and I still havent received the shoes. Was emailed on the 27th September to advise the shoes were ready and were been sent out on an express delivery. Today is the 19th October 23 days later and the 'Express Delivery' has still not arrived. Shocking service and so disappointed having used Eves and Gray before without an issue.
What can I say - but SERIOUSLY the best pair of shoes I have ever had! Firstly - Super Stylish and Comfy....I am still getting complements on how they look and where people can buy them! Secondly - delivery was to Australia and was really quick and the packaging was pretty cool. Overall - great pair of shoes, well made, well packaged and just super cool. Want more......
If there was an option to give them 6 out of 5 I would. I own 2 pairs of these shoes and they are phenomenal. They seem durable but only time will tell. The leather is quality thick leather and from the moment you touch them they feel soft and smooth. I spent £90 not so long ago on a pair of Italian shoes from Next and after I bought these shoes I knew I made a mistake buying the Next shoes. There is no comparison with these shoes. They win the contest for my favourite Brand and Shoes of all time......plus the purple finish turns heads and people ask questions! Thank you and keep up the good work
I bought some Luscombe's from an image online of a stunning monk strap little number. I wasn't disappointed. The packaging arrived in glorious purple. Each shoe has its own linen bag and once opened nothing but joy ensued. The quality of these shoes are great and so far they have been very durable. As I type I'm waiting for my second pair to arrive... Thank you.
I am on my third pair of Eves&Gray and I won't be switching any time soon. Eccentric yet subtle. Comfortable and hard wearing. I get compliments every time I wear them. I also think the quality and innovation balance is bang on. Can't wait to get the Bancroft in black next!
When you buy 6 pairs of a brand, in different styles, you know its love. I love making a statement, but with class, and everywhere I go people ask about my shoes. Every occasion is accounted for, and I feel dressed how a modern man should. My only problem now is my girlfriend has discovered they have started a women's range, I have no excuses and have to order two pairs at a time now!!!! Well worth every penny, top stuff.
Ive been using E&G for around 3 years now. From the very first pair I purchased I was sold, not only was the product quality, fit, and design, but so much more importantly the service they deliver every time! There are very few companies out there that delivery not only a great product but the service that needs to come along. All my purchases 7 pair Don't tell the wife have been delivered straight away, and never had any issues. I'm embarrassedly hooked on this brand! Can't recommend enough!! Gareth

I have 3 pairs of eves and grey shoes ranging form Chelsea boots to black brogues for the black tie events. Good looking shoes with the added comfort when you 1st wear them.
