The person at the front desk who is an old man is a racist. I came into their shop with my girlfriend and asked a simple question, which was if they had a laptop charger for one of my laptops, I was questioned back, "Why would you want a charger for this laptop?" What a cheeky old rubbish business man. I asked a simple question and was just expecting a yes or no answer. Instead, I got disgusting looks from this old, low-life human being and disrespectfully questioned.. Thank god I never spent a single penny in this store. There are other better, genuine, and friendly PC stores in London AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS.
Today when I went to copy my disc at this shop I had my son in the buggy I was told it could take 20 minutes so I set by the stairs to where the buggy was, the man told me I can’t sit there I must come and sit on the sofa, when I started to get my son out of the buggy the man who is the manager said I couldn’t wait there any more I must go for a wait instead, it’s been so hot I told him I didn’t want to go for a walk he said come back tomorrow then, I was very disappointed as to why this man was discriminating towards me for having my child with me, I waited outside the shop in extreme heat with my son, he watched with a relieve, and the disc was ready in 4 minutes. Very bad customer service here.
Reliable and responsive computer repair shop that will fix your computer on the spot if you want. I had two bricked pc desktop computers that I needed working asap. I did however feel reluctant to drop it at a place and leave as I had a lot of personal data on it and I did not want to change all my passwords etc. The guys explained the problems and advised me of what was and was not worth doing. With increased memory and a new graphics card I've got back my PC's running really well. Tahir and his colleague are very affable and trustworthy and the shop has an old skool feel to it and there was a steady flow of local customers in and out to use the computers in the shop for emailing. I would definitely return and wish I had just taken my towers there in the first place rather than spend two days of my time trying to reinstall etc myself.
These guys are amazing! They have fixed my daughter's camera, given advice about my son's phone and totally sorted my laptop. Each time I think I'll need to spend hundreds of pounds getting new equipment, they fix it good as new. So friendly and kind even when I'm panicking. Super realistic in terms of cost/time etc. Never over-promise. Just amazingly knowledgeable and skilled. I recommend them to everyone! Thank you.
Very professional and honest repair shop. I took my computer to be fixed and they fixed it same day. I learned a valuable lesson on RAM! Great service and couldn't be more pleased thank you Stamford Hill Computers! Highly recommended!

I just bought a laptop. I must say, the smile, the friendliness, the quality, and so much the seller added for such a good price!! I don't know which part is better, but as they say, a happy customer is a return customer! Brilliant professional service! A salute to Tahil!

Dropped off my laptop that wasn’t turning on to be fixed, and it was repaired within 3hours . Fast service and happy customer .
Discriminates a lot and tbh the shop is very outdated... like we are in 2024 not 1994. I don't recommend this place at all.
