A scam to be sure. Unfortunately, I could not find a place in the US to repair my Garmin Edge 800, so I sent it to Repair My Device. They said it was fixed and they needed $75.08 repair and return shipping to send it back to me. That was the last I heard. I emailed them to their gmail and yahoo accounts, but the emails always bounced with an error on their side. I contacted them via their website, but am not sure if they got that. I finally emailed them from a lesser known email server and that email did not bounce. I suspect they did repair my device and resold it as refurbished at a market value of around $200 my repair fee was just over $55. Of course, I got a refund from Paypal, so I was only out $5. I will never get my Garmin back, but it was useless to me in its broken state. Anyway do not believe ANY review on their website. Do check the reviews on Trustpilot, which are also dismal.
