I do not recommend this place at all and will never set foot here again. Since July 2nd, I have been bringing my MacBook Pro to this store for repair due to water damage. I chose this place because of the excellent reviews, but it has turned into a nightmare. On the day I brought it in, they assured me it would be fixed by the next day. The next day, they said it would be ready by the weekend. After the weekend, they said it would take another week. A week later, they needed another week. In between, they once called to say it was fixed and asked me to come to the store, only to inform me that it wasn't actually repaired, wasting my time completely. They kept saying they could fix it but just needed more time. I said I understood but wanted a precise time frame. Instead, they told me not to rush them because they were busy and unsure when it would be done, but guaranteed it would be fixed. On July 19th, they guaranteed it would be completed within a week. I even called on July 25th to confirm if the repair was finished and if I could pick up my computer. Today is July 26th, and I'm at the store standing and waiting. 1 hour And being told that the computer is still not fixed. They are just wasting time, and their service is terrible and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all and will never set foot here again. One star can’t even show how angry I am.

New screen works perfectly and I was grateful to get additional software packages downloaded. Thank you for smooth service, good price and being able to advise throughout the process : all round excellent job!
I would avoid ever going here again. I went here to repair my cracked Google screen. I was told it would be replaced with the correct finger print ID. They repaired the screen with one that didn't have the finger print sensor. They then offered to do it again, this time they installed an incompatible screen that subsequently freezes every so often. Then they said I could wait 2 weeks whilst they ordered a compatible screen. When I went back to have this installed they said they hadn't ordered it but offered me an "identical" phone even though the screen was smaller.
Very good service! They saved my time, my money and my laptop. Instead of going to Apple and buy a new laptop... My laptop is now working perfectly well, better than before, and most important I recovered all my data. Thank a lot Apple Repairs! I really recommend
Fast service, excellent results. The guys could not have been more helpful. Friendly and to the point. Best of all, my old iMac, which I thought may have been fit for the bin, is running faster than when it was new, so no need to spend £1,500 on a new Mac. Highly recommended.
Fantastic service. Highly recommended. Very professional and friendly people to deal with. They sorted out a MacBook Pro for me within a day. Apple had condemned it as needing a complete new logic board, but Apple Repairs UK determined it was a power issue and resolved the problem for a fraction of the cost. Thanks !
So helpful and quick. I’ve been bringing my stuff to them for years and they’ve always sorted things out really quickly sometimes even the same day. Really nice to be supporting a local business and not just the big boys in town.
This repair store has fixed my broken MacBook Pro busted battery and my iPhone XR broken screen. Very fast service and excellent prices. I highly recommend them.
