It’s been over a year now since I’ve started to use this service and to my deep disappointment this service is more often late than on time with delays from anything like 5 to 45 minutes! But what is even more fun now that most of your services seem not to run at all! With all of the folk forced to stand and wait in the wonderful local weather conditions. While I could still cope with the delays it’s impossible to cope with the fact that your 7:11, 6:26, 6:41 X17 service from St Nicholas Kirk stopped running completely for some of those over the past 3 weeks! It is absolutely unacceptable as it is now clear that it just doesn’t run, meaning that someone in your head office has made a conscious decision to fool its customers into thinking there is a frequent service while there isn’t! So we all stand and wait for a bus that isn’t coming wasting our time and arriving late for work day after day! For the price we’re all paying it’s just unacceptable. Very glad that I am close to getting my driving licence so that will no longer have to be annoyed on a daily basis with your awful service, overpriced tickets, always freezing buses (there is never any heating) and hope more people will follow the suit to stop this exploitation. The worst public transport company ever!

Buses between Aberdeen and Portlethen are terrible. Drivers are rude, some barely even acknowledge you and give you blank stares. no official way to complain apart from a email address which will no doubt be a spam bucket. Paid a monthly bus pass since I was a teenager which has increased every year despite the decline in oil which means cheaper petrol and the cost of living around this city is high enough as it is, yet there seems to be less and less services. So what am I paying for? should start handing out late slips to people getting to their work in the morning.Not everyone has offshore worker money around here so we cant have a car to get about. We rely on public transport but their is no other competing companies or services in the area unlike other cities like Edinburgh and Glasgow. British Transport, Aberdeenshire Council and your local MPs are the only ones to change this. I highly recommend others to direct their complaints in that direction. money in this city and we have infrastructure that ex soviet countries would laugh at. I've been standing at the station and asked questions to have staff walk away from me. No GPS or even a radio to know were a driver is or if there are problems. I am not even sure drivers get proper training or know the area as the more times than not go the wrong way and this is usually new starts put on at busy times of the day when people and going to or coming home from their place of work. I should start recording times and dates on my phone with when a driver arrives to when they are suppose to and receipts of taxis I've had to book but is this lengths you would have to go to before customers are taken seriously. Instead of it being our word against yours because it would seem like you just don't want to know.

Waited over ten mins for the 11:44 from. methlick to Aberdeen last night in the pouring rain... The bus turned up and instead of going into the village and turning at the hall as normal he just let off a passenger at the junction at the garage then did a mini reverse and turned back up the hill towards Tarves ...we waved and ran towards the bus but off it went If he had done the proper route and turned at the hall as normal he would have seen people waiting Exceptionally poor service and left is stranded .. We had to get a taxi home so it was after 1am before we got home and that also cost £10:00 So not happy phoned today and just keep getting an answer /voicemail I've left a message I will be informing our local county council of this as the next time it could be an older or infirmed person that's left stranded

The Westhill 2018 routes have been changed with little or no consultation with local residents. Dawson Drive residents have now to walk to Hay's Way, this is after erecting a new bus shelter when the X 17 passed this way. One lonesome Stagecoach guy with a yellow jacket and a clipboard asked very few people about the routes in Westhill, surely a circular would have been more appropriate. Stagecoach badly need competition as they are selfish, arrogant, non customer focused and think only about making profit. As for the staff answering the telephone, Rude, No telephone manner, No idea of routes, DISGUSTED RESIDENT
