Essentially a rural bus station with amenities, community noticeboard and electronic time table.

The waiting area is clean and warm, they now seem to have got the opening times for opening the waiting area sorted out, now open for the first bus to arrive at approx 05:30, which is good being it is now winter ... now the end of May '19 and the waiting area is still open for the first bus to arrive, which makes a few people I see every morning happy, esp. on the rainy days and Aberdeen does get a lot of rainy days.

Once in car park no signing for where to catch the bus.  No signing for car exit from carpark. Fare is per person not per car, so works out very expensive for a family or group of adults.  Only way to find out fare is to go to boarding-point. Pretty poor, really.

Drove from hotel at Westhill to Kingswell park and ride. No signs from the lower car park to where buses stop. Looked at sign on waiting area wall for bus number but no mention of that number on the electronic notice board. A bus pulled up but appeared to be a service bus rather than a dedicated park and ride bus. Grumpy driver told us there were no park and ride buses so we assumed that service buses were now being diverted into site. Most annoying thing was that we could have caught that bus outside the door of the Holiday Inn at Westhill.

Bus 747 appeared on board but DID Not torn up. Then after due time bus disappeared from board. Conclusion - Driver skipped going in by this so called Park&Ride and just went past down the bypass. These guys should not be paid for incomplete journeys

Useful for coming into Aberdeen

Great location and time saving for picking up various bus routes. Plenty of parking spaces and well lit during the winter months.

FirstBus service is unreliable and expensive. Better using the Westhill Stagecoach serive instead. There is a bus every 10 mins and it is cheaper.

Amazing place, so many car parking spaces available, I was truly spoilt for choice.

Not quite so useful a park and ride since there is a height barrier of 2.1m which restricts Motorhome/Campervan useage.
