on the 28 of august approx 1.30 soutth on rice lane hornby road, i made a mistake and got in the wrong lane. when the lights changed i moved off, the driver made me aware of my mistake by pressing the horn for 15/20 seconds rather than press the brake for a couple of seconds to let me pass him! he forced me on to the wrong side of the road which could have resulted in a serious accident, i am wondering as a professional driver does he not know that the break is far better for slowing down and stopping than pressingv the horn!
Complete joke of a bus company bus drives past with no service only to stop at the next point and turn on 17A driver is a complete moron company needs to invest in better staff would highly recommend arriva bus as they are very reliable and have great polite drivers
Disgrace! My 16 year old daughter attempted to get on the 14a at Kirkby Bus Station so that she could get to school for additional revision lessons during half term. She was told to get off because she attempted to pay cash and the driver did not have change. Surely the company must ensure that there is enough change on board for cash paying customers and surely the safety of a 16 year girl should also be a priority especially when she is trying to pay her fare!
I was on 10A yesterday at 3.45 from Liverpool 1, a lovely young driver stopped and waited at bus stop for an very elderly lady he put the platform down took her trolley linked her and held her hand and helped her on, asked her where she was getting off and then when he reached the stop a lady helped her to the top of the bus he then did exactly the same think put her on the path and told her to take care. She was very slow in her walking but all the bus was saying he treated her like a son. Well done to this foreign young man
Absolutely disgusting what they are doing to the Residents in Northwood Kirkby. Only running the bus to Quarry Green. How do they expect people to go shopping or visit their Doctor. Especially the Elderly. Whoever revised this service needs to put it back to normal service. The 21 bus is the only bus service they have.
The Drivers are the best in Liverpool. Especially the 217 drivers there without doubt remarkable and make every journey a pleasure they are the elite a credit to the company.
This company is a joke supposed to be a public service. They must cancel more buses than run. For the past two weeks solid they cancel between 1530 and 1600 two buses at least. Why do I even pay £19 a week for this kind of service. Joke of a company. Please someone at Arriva look into starting a service on the East Lancs and Moorfield I will certainly use you buses than this joke of a public service.
The "86"south liverpool "service"should be closed down. I witnessed one driver acknowledge an aged gentleman's request to stop but then REVVED UP and drove right past him.Nasty breed driving these 86's.
Not sure what it is about these drivers all being really moody and outright nasty sometimes. The city centre drivers all seem sound, especially on the 19's 14A's etc - especially as they'd be the more stressful routes travelling in and out of town. The quieter routes like the 227 and 217 have the worst drivers, it seems. 1 or 2 are alright, but some I habitually get snarled at by when boarding and alighting. Customer service is just shocking a lot of the time. As for the service - not bad during the day. Of an evening though, the buses virtually stop for the rest of the day in Kirkby. Most turn in to hourly and you can expect to sit there at Kirkby bus station for an hour or more after 5:30pm. Buses are due to change across Merseyside on 04/09/22, including many stagecoach routes so hopefully an increase in service of an evening and Sundays / bank holidays.
OMG,at 13.45 today bus NO 11104 travelling through Kensington onto Prescot St liverpool jumped a Red light in front of 4 lanes of traffic we all breaked and beebed our horns and he just give us all the finger.he has been reported and anyone with dashcam please send to merseyside police also STAGECOACH.
