Bloody freezing!  Not a good place to wait for a National Express coach.

Bus to John Lennon Airport goes from Stand 8 here. It's bus number 500. £2.30

This coach station is very confusing.  It used to be really accessible and easy to get to when it was located by Norton Street. It is situated just behind John Lewis now.  It is good if you haven't been on a coach before.

Asked for help and got a firm answer with hardly any detail on what bus I was to get. I found it in the end. But if I was told exactly where it was I wouldn't be complaining!

It's an ice waiting for the national express, a mess to wait.  horrible.  the worst season I've ever waited so far
