Have used them frequently. The station is set out well and the screens help with bus times and the addition of contactless payment is great. The buses don't always run on time and some of the drivers aren't always the most pleasant to deal with...had some great ones and some not so great ones. The system works for it's main purpose, but could improve on the customer facing side of things.
