Very disappointed purchased a willow flocked tree Christmas decoration costing £50, only lasted a week before it started cutting out and not lighting up, but not all the time. Think this was caused by all the rain we had, so once it dried out it started to work again. Took back to garden centre, as not happy having a faulty item on my electrics. But because it was working for them they will not replace had no more left or refund. They said the only way it would fail is if the transformer blew, they eventually agreed to test the item over a few days and call me back, so left the item with them to test. I had to call them twice to find out the results of the tests, they tested for a week, said they did not fail for them so not faulty. They tested the item indoors for most of the week, only put outdoors when I asked if they had done a test outdoors, but in those days it did not rain, so not really a realistic test, compared to the weather we had the week before Xmas and over Xmas week. I feel they basically called me a liar. I am now out of pocket by £50, I was told to collect the item, but told them to keep it as I did not want a faulty item or the cost to dispose. I have used this garden centre for years and bought loads from them, I won't be using them again if this is how they treat loyal customers.
Lots of stuff a bit pricey, but generally good, had everything needed.
A good variety of very healthy plants at a fair price
Buy our christmas tree here every year - never been disappointed. Great prices and lovely trees. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Young man offered to carry tree to car, much appreciated. Highly recommend. Great selection of Christmas decorations too.
Lovely garden centre. Great staff, always friend, helpful and go that extra mile. Fantastic selection of plants and I always feel I get excellent value. Wonderful little coffee shop on site too which does the best latte and coffee cake. A lovely place to visit for a couple of hours.
Wide variety of plants and shrubs. Clean environment with good selection of garden products. Friendly staff and very helpful. Visit regularly and is easy to park.

Fairly good choice of items. Just about everything is a price that ends in 99p....which is old fashioned and annoying. Despite that, the staff are friendly, and helpful. The place was full of Christmas related items last time I visited, which seemed to take priority at the front of the shop. So once you got past all that, the rest of the shop was garden stuff, which is what I came for. A very good selection of wild bird foods, although more expensive than some other places .
Fantastic range of garden supplies and delightful coffee shop! Worth avoiding busy B&Qs and come here instead!
A small garden centre but good range of Christmas goods at reasonable prices. Easy access for disabled.
