If you want a room with no wardrobe,irregular room servicing,cramped in the extreme,a bathroom sink for a pygmy,one bed squeezed under stairs constantly in use every evening,a tv that does not work,and a £100 extra charge if you telephone the owners after 11pm. with any problem,staff that invented superiority,then you will book here.At very best a cheap one nighter.
Avoid! Terrible customer service Water heater was very loud and fired up every 30 seconds between around 2am and 6am. This kept everyone awake. It ruined the following day as we were too tired to enjoy our planned activities.<br/>I gave them the chance to address the situation. I mentioned the issue at breakfast and was promised the manager would be in touch. No one phoned. I followed up with an email. Again, no one got in touch.<br/>I had to pay at check in so I couldn't query the cost. <br/>Really disappointing customer service and frustrating as it affected the rest of our short family holiday.
Perfect double birthday celebrations for my husband and sister... The staff at The Bluebell couldn't do enough. Food was amazing, and a fabulous weekend had by all....
Stayed 3 nights over valentine's fantastic place great rooms really comfy.. friendly and very helpful staff in the pub and food wonderful highly recommend.
Fantastic, room and beds were comfy and food in Blue Bell pub was amazing but it would have been nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room.
