I could write an essay as long as my arm . All I will say is AVOID this hospital the midwife’s seriously need extra training my wife and little boy almost died because they don’t do their jobs correctly. You could tell that the midwife was out of her depth , another midwife even made a comment about it when in the room, by that point it was to late my wife needed a emergency c-section and luckily the doctors acted fast and were successful. Going back to the midwife they seriously need reviewing. If we are to have another baby we would not be going here again . AVOID
AVOID THIS HOSPITAL Ward 73 Absolutely appalling from what is supposed to be one of the best hospitals with complicated pregnancy's our little boy has a heart issue so Bristol took over the pregnancy to then be over a week late to be indused , appalling staff, dirty, staff haven't even got a clue what they are doing, the nurse was 100% sure she felt baby's head during a examination which in fact was totally wrong, put on the hormone drip and was ramped upto 18 within a hour and baby's heart rate was dropping to as low as 40 but wasn't a concern apparently, then baby was breach footing cord was prolapsed so red button emergency c section I had a nurse sucker punch him back up inside and held him whilst I was whisked off to theatre to then be in theatre for over 4 hours whilst he was born within a minute and my partner is now sat with him waiting for me not knowing anything, it's a dangerous place and I wouldn't come back if they offered me 10 trillion pounds your have a better chance just doing it yourself at home gods honest truth AVOID THIS Place!!!!!!nRequested medical records to be told they can't just give you them illegal it's your right to have them and even lied/deleted things from the badger notes to try cover there tracksnAnd that's just the short story it gets worsenn20/12/25
I cannot praise this hospital highly enough. Both as an outpatient in the gynae clinic and inpatient in the day case Surgical Unit - all staff without exception were attentive, caring and cheerful. I was so well cared for. There were plenty of staff and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. This is the NHS at its best. Thank you!
We’re here while my wife is waiting to give birth, and the care has been amazing. The staff are so lovely – friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. The hospital is very clean and well organised, which makes us feel comfortable and at ease. Really grateful for the way we’ve been looked after.
A mixed bag... parking isn't easy and expensive as a result. The location isn't ideal these days and the receptionist appeared to have recently eaten a whole lemon. However, the staff upstairs were fantastic... helpful, friendly and nice to deal with which is just what you want.
