I would like to say a massive Thank you to all the nurses from Daisy Ward that helped to save my daughter’s life … I would like to especially thank Molly,Millie,Ruth and to all the Doctor’s and Surgeons. I’d like to really thank Ruth for she made my daughter feel comfortable and even stayed after hours for her.nThank you so much Bristol Hospital :
We recently had the chance to visit Bristol Royal Hospital for Children while traveling to the UK, and I can’t say enough good things about the care we received. Our 4-year-old son had a high fever, and we ended up bringing him to the hospital twice. From the moment we stepped in, we were met with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care from the staff.nnDr. James Williams was incredibly detailed in explaining our son’s condition, ensuring we fully understood everything. Matthew, a medical student from Australia, went above and beyond with his attentiveness, and Nurse Faustina was so compassionate and gentle with our little one. They all worked seamlessly as a team to provide top-notch care.nnThe UK healthcare system deserves praise as well—it’s entirely focused on the wellbeing of patients, without burdening families financially. I even tried to pay for the services twice and was politely denied. It’s remarkable to experience a system that puts people first.nnA huge thank you to the amazing team at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. You turned a stressful situation into one where we felt reassured and cared for. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately we needed to bring our 1 year old to the Children's Hospital last night and I feel I have to write them a review.nOk so parking is a pain-its in the centre of Bristol so it's going to be and we only had this problem because the ambulance wait was so long we decided to drive ourselves, that aside.......what a great experience in comparison to your average A&E.nWe entered A&E to a friendly receptionist don't get those very often and waited all of 2 minutes before we were called through. Every member of staff we dealt with was exceptional! They were so warm, friendly, patient and child focused and explained things in plain English.nThey brought us coffee and toast, warmed milk up for our baby nothing was too much trouble. Genuinely wonderful people who fit the job they do unlike your average hospital.nThank you to all the staff who worked the night shift early hours of Sunday 10th November, you guys are amazing!!
My 3 week old son was brought in as an emergency straight to intensive care thanks to the amazing Watch team. They were really patient and kind and took time out to make sure that we were alright and to make sure that we understood everything they got us accommodation and free parking, they were so kind to my son and saved his life I could not be more grateful to the Seahorse P.I.C.U and Dolphin Ward. He is now a happy healthy little boy.
