Our facilities include a 4 court sports hall, 2 air conditioned gyms, dance & exercise studio, multipurpose meeting room, 2 floodlit outdoor 3g pitches and a therapy room. Our facilities can be used on a pay as you go basis but for those who are looking to use the facilities more often, choose from one of our great value memberships. good gym, and very family friendly. The equipment can be broken at times but always have clear signs which read out of order. mia was incredible and helped me a bunch with supplying a membership here. She answered the phone with manners and sounded very welcome! always says hello and smiley! P.S her coffees are amazing. I’ll be recommending!
I’ve been coming here for several years and use for both classes and the gym. Whilst I agree with some of the other reviews that the gym equipment often takes a while to get fixed, the staff are ,and have always been very friendly and more than helpful! A Special shout out to Jacqui-who has always provided 5* customer service in all the time I’ve been with the gym!
Been a member here for 3 years or so. Staff friendly, place is clean. Main issues are equipment constantly being out of order in the gym and taking weeks to repair. Also a lot of kids use the gym and seem more interesting in messing around and looking on their phones instead of using the equipment. When its reported to staff, nothing is done, isnt monitored etc. Direct debit has been increased annually and not seen any improvements at all.
Staff lovely, classes excellent should have made more use of the classes. However, I joined to use the gym but got fed up of waiting for equipment whilst the school children sat on their phones, between sets instead of being considerate to other gym users. I will not be renewing my membership.
This is a fantastic GYM/sports complex with a clean and friendly atmosphere, the staff are mostly helpful, cheerful and greeting.nnUnfortunately the weights/GYM side is some what ruined with young children respectful for the most part hogging equipment in groups, sat on equipment using their phone and not allowing other patrons to use the equipment.nnIf more was perhaps done to deal with this issue the GYM would get 5 stars
