Used the overflow car park as easier to get a place. Upon entry at reception lovely friendly greeting from Eden and Frankie. Same from F & B with Mia, Alex nice to see him back and Millie. Nice swim, water was an idea temperature, Cam patrolling poolside made me feel safe and the kids enjoyed it. Top notch
Imagen paying £100+ a month then having to wait for a water machine to fill up every 30 Minutes. David Lloyd this is not on why all your clubs water machine are bodged together and barely work. Please get a drinking water supplier contact if you can’t manage this yourselves. It’s 2023 after Covid and you think people want to use the fountain in the image below to fill up their bottles?nnUpdate: Water fountain in the SPA area has been rectified!!! Finally well done David Lloyd!nnHowever we now have a broken shower which has been broken for a few weeks now. Why only install 1 shower if you’re SLA is terrible? Why not install 2 for high availability? Maybe install one outside? Currently if you need/want a shower you have to leave the premium spa area and go back into your changing room? Who designed this, installing a normal shower as well as a fancy experience one would be a obvious solution here, having that high availability in case one breaks as it takes months for David Lloyd to fix anything.nnAlso had David Lloyd staff walking around in the spa area with no shoes protectors putting up a clock. Hope they didn’t step in dog mess on their lunch, again very poor actions.nnSpa Gates broken for weeks as well.nnWhen is someone going to take serious action!? and stop playing around here, even your lifeguards agree it's ridiculous.
Great gym equipment, including free weights and machine weights and lots of space so it doesn't feel too cramped. The pool is really nice especially the outdoor pool on a sunny day!
Ive been a member for a few months and am enjoying the facilities and classes. The swimming pools are excellent, and a special mention to James, one of the lifeguards, who is always friendly and attentive, especially when children are using the pool.
I've been a member for a year now and it's always been great. Staff are brilliant, facilities are new, clean and fresh. Worth the money if you go often in my opinion as everything's included and there is much to do!!
