This is a very busy practice and when you ring by 9am your not likely to get an appointment. I feel this is true of most practices today and is due to the sheer volume of increasing elder population/increase in housing in the area. Not necessarily the fault of the practice. In my experience whenever I ring for my daughter, the GPs never fail to see her even if they arent scheduled for appointments that day. I also have experienced the GPs doing house visits for my grandmother when needed. Overall a great practice with caring staff doing their best.

When you see the correct doctor you do get things down for you or send y where u need to be. Other times you do get messed about. Staff not really aware of Autism made my autistic child wait 1hr 10min last dec 2016 for asthma check up cancelled and re-booked in at later time without being informed aa had my card with times written down by reception when appointment waa made. No apologie nothing from reception staff but asthma specialist nicola couldn't apologise enough made new appointment in January as by boy was very stressed out at this point climbing the bed walls knocked computer off. Nite mare on times. All nurses are very nice and very helpfuln

If You Are Walking Past This Uninvested, Lazy Practice And You See It on Fire, Please Call 999, Then If Safe Maybe Do Your Best To Rescue Any Patients, Then Walk Away, The Staff Won't Thank You For Saving Them. They'll Already Be Out Worrying About Whether They Can Finish Early And Still Get Paid. If You Have Any Trouble With Them, Ask Them The last Time They Bent Over Backwards For A Patient - They'll Soon Shut Up! They Are Pure Scum That Can Only Exist In A Public Sector System, In The Likes Of Wales. Just Remember It's What They Can't Do For You That Really Counts.
