Absolutely fabulous practice, the reception staff are all lovely and so helpful, and the Dr's really do care. I've had some terrible experiences at previous practices and am so happy to be a patient here. Excellent service, Dr's who actually listen, and who it really feels have your wellbeing as a priority, in a very sensible and pragmatic way. Dr Embry in particular deserves some sort of award.
They have decided to shut down for a week without any back up or care for their patients. I rang and was told to ring back in a week. “Medical emergencies only”.nPretty sure that’s why we have hospitals.nI understand they’re updating computer systems but what are we meant to do? No advice given other than call back in a week.nWas no one treated for anything before computers existed?
I am very lucky to have finally found a Dr who understands my condition. Dr Thomas is fantastic and has given me hope that there are Drs who care about their patients. Plus he's very knowledgeable on the stuff that matters and he genuinely cares.nnFurthermore, reception staff are wonderful and so friendly.nnThanks all.x
Can't fault the practice, from reception staff, to nurses and doctors. Was seen as a temporary patient, thoroughly professional approach from start to finish
Awful surgery, the staff are largely ok with the exception of one of two receptionists. No care, concern or consequences. Avoid
